Dragon Roll
The dragon roll is an outside thick roll of eel, and cucumbers that are wrapped with thinly sliced avocado.
California Roll
The California roll is a makizushi, a kind of sushi roll, usually made inside-out, containing cucumber, crab meat or imitation crab, and avocado. In some countries it is made with mango or bananainstead of avocado. Sometimes crab salad is substituted for the crab stick, and often the outer layer of rice in an inside-out roll (ura-maki) is sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, tobiko or masago.

1 cup uncooked short-grain white rice,1 cup water,1/4 cup rice vinegar,1 tablespoon white sugar,1/2 cup imitation crabmeat(finely chopped),1/4 cup mayonnaise,8 sheets nori (dry seaweed),2 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds,1 cucumber(cut into thin spears),2 avocados - pitted, peeled, and sliced the long way

1/4 cup sushi rice, 1 sheet of dried seaweed sheets, 1.5 oz yellowtail (sliced into strips or minced if you prefer a few chopped pieces of green onion)

Yellowtail Roll
The yellowtail is included in a group of sushi fish called the “Big Three Yellowtails”. They consist ofyellowtail, yellowtail amberjack, and amberjack. These three fishes are classed as a luxury fish. They are all related, and similar in nature, but the yellowtail is considered the most valuable.
Rainbow Roll
The rainbow roll is a California roll with sashimi and avocado wrapped around it.
